A cartridge holder, which has a distal end and a proximal end, comprises a coupling housing portion in which a cartridge can be inserted at least partly. The coupling housing portion is configured to be coupled to a part of a drug delivery device. The cartridge holder further comprises a fixing member which is connected with the coupling housing portion. The fixing member is moveable radially inwardly to a position in which the fixing member is suitable for securing the cartridge against distal displacement of the cartridge.

Dial up/dial down spring-driven drug delivery device comprising a rotatable driver assembly allowing a user to set a dose amount to be expelled and strain a drive spring correspondingly. A rotatable ratchet member is coupled to the driver assembly with a rotational play, the play allowing the driver assembly to release the ratchet member and thereby decrease a set dose. A helically moving scale drum is coupled to the driver assembly and comprises a stop surface preventing the driver assembly from being rotated below an initial position, whereby the driver assembly in the initial position is prevented from being rotated in the resetting direction relative to the ratchet member corresponding to the rotational play.

The receiving interface element comprises a complementary blocking portion (48), the receiving interface element being configured to be moved from a first position, in which the cannula (12) is fluidically connected to the reservoir, to a second position, in which the cannula is disconnected from the reservoir. The receiving interface element engages the blocking portion in the second position via the complementary blocking portion, the blocking portion is configured to prevent the receiving interface element from being moved from the second position to the first position.

The invention relates to an injection device with a receiving device for a substance to be dispensed, in particular with an ampoule holder (2), which is movable relative to the injection device or a part thereof, with a tensioning element, in particular a spring (6), which can bear on a part of the injection device, and with a coupling element (5) for coupling the receiving device (2) to the spring (6) such that, during an insertion movement of the receiving device (2) into the injection device, the spring (6) can be tensioned. The invention also relates to a method for preparing an injection device for dispensing a substance from an ampoule (3), wherein a discharging spring (6) of the injection device is tensioned by introduction of the ampoule (3) into the injection device.

Die Injektionsspritze besteht aus einem Spritzenkörper (3) und einer darin eingesetzten Zylinderampulle (4), wobei am Spritzenkörper (3) ein Luer-Lock-Anschluß für eine Kanüle (1) vorgesehen ist. Dieser Luer-Lock-Anschluß (10, 8) ist zweiteilig ausgebildet und sein Konus (10) an der Zylinderampulle (4) und sein Gewindeteil (8) am Spritzenkörper (3) angeordnet. Der Konus (10) zeigt einen axialen, durch einen abunehmbaren Verschlußstopfen (7) verschlossenen Verbindungskanal (13) zum Innenraum der Zylinderampulle (4). Die Zylinderampulle (4) ist einenends mit einer dem Konus (10) zugeordneten Anlagefläche (14), vorzugsweise einem Einsteckkonus in einer konischen Bohrung (8b) im Gewindeteil (8) lagefixiert und anderenends im Spritzenkörper (3) durch eine auf dem Spritzkörper (3) lösbar festlegbare und mit einer Druckfläche (21) gegen die Stirnfläche (4b) einwirkende Fixierhülse (5) gegen axiale Verschiebung gesichert ist. Diese Injektionsspritze als vorgefüllte Einmalspritze ermöglicht bei leichter Handhabung eine sichere und dichte Befestigung der Kanüle auf dem Luer-Lock-Konus durch die zweiteilige Ausführung des Luer-Lock-Anschlusses und gewährleistet eine perforations- und fragmentationslose Verbindung.
