    摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Trainingsgerät mit einer Federanordnung. Erfindungsgemäß wird vorgeschlagen, daß ein bewegliches, mit einer ersten Federanordnung belastetes Teil 7 nach einem bestimmten ersten Weg (13) über einen Anschlag eine zweite Federanordnung (12) mitnimmt, so daß bei einem weiteren Auslenkungsweg des beweglichen Teils (7) vom Trainierenden die sich addierenden Federkräfte beider Federelemente (10,12) zu überwinden sind. Dadurch wird das Training einer dynamischen Kraft entsprechend eines schnellen Bewegungsablaufs mit starker Muskelanspannung am Ende des Bewegungsablaufs gefördert.
