    摘要： A roller-ski comprising a longitudinal support (1) provided with a ski binding (5) for securing a ski boot, whereby rubber-tyred rollers (3, 8, 9) are fitted at the front and rear on the longitudinal support (1), a reversing block being provided on one or several of these wheels. In order to provide such a roller-ski with a braking device of simple design, which can be operated by the skier with a body movement normally used in skiing, it is envisaged that in particular the rear rollers (8) are provided on the side facing the adjacent ski with a brake lining (10) laterally fixed to the roller (8) and slightly projecting inwardly on the lateral delimitation (11) of the longitudinal support (1), which delimitation extends in the rolling direction. These lateral delimitations (11) of the longitudinal supports (1) comprise braking counter-surfaces (12) extending roughly parallel to the brake lining (10) of the rollers (8).

    摘要： The present invention relates to a training device for cross-country skiing exercises in summer. The aim of the invention is to develop a roller ski giving the best possible simulation of the actual pressure and sliding behaviour of cross-country skis in their use for training in both the diagonal step and skating techniques. The invention attains this aim in that the roller ski base consists of prestressed fibre laminate or composite fibre laminate materials, preferably in the form of a hollow section, and of adjustable brake actuation, tensioning and return components. Said brake actuation components act on the braking strip or brake lever(s) of a braking device which brake a ring of a ratchet device, where the other ring of the ratchet device is fitted integrally with the roller of the roller ski and can rotate together therewith on a spindle of the ski roller.
