摘要： A hand-held puzzle comprising a planar, square array of mirror surface tiles (2) confined for sequential planar movement via a ninth, vacant, tile size space or recess (3) to alter the positions of individual blocks in the array. A humanoid character (4) molded in one piece from elastomeric material has hands (5) and feet (6) anchored to preselected respective corner tiles (2) by adhesive so that the limbs (7, 8) and torso (9) can be twisted, intertwined and contorted into stable different configurations by such sequential movement of respective tiles. The character's body is marked with black and white stripes which extend in straight manner along the limbs and torso when the body is undeformed enabling the direction of distortion of the limbs and body to be more readily perceived by a player.

The technical result obtained when using the claimed invention is an apparatus that has broad potential as a visual aid in learning about the motion of bodies subjected to external forces. The apparatus comprises a ball and a panel that is made in the form of a periodic corrugation. The amplitude of the corrugation is at least 10 times smaller than the period of corrugation, and the ball has a diameter, which is at least 10 times smaller than the period of corrugation. Corrugations of the panel can be made sinusoidal, trapezoidal, triangular, or have other more complex forms. 摘要： An embodiment of the present invention provides a toy roller coaster assembly having magnetically attachable track sections and an integrated audiovisual system. The assembly can include a magnetic lift, a magnetic bridge, and a magnetic U-turn. A controller can control the frequency by which a magnetic lift delivers balls to an uppermost track section and can produce audio and/or visual effects in response to signals from sensors that detect passing balls. Joint members of the assembly can magnetically connect the track sections to each other and to a plurality of vertical supports, to provide a variety of configurations. The controller can generate voice and music samples, sound effects, graphic displays, animation sequences, and video clips in conjunction with the motion of the balls through the circuit of the roller coaster assembly.
