    摘要： Verfahren zur Fest-Flüssig-Trennung von Stoffgemischen und Suspensionen, bei welchem das Stoffgemisch unter Druck in eine, mindestens eine Filterfläche aufweisende geschlossene Kammer eingespeist und in der Kammer ein die Abtrennung der Flüssigphase herbeiführender hydrostatischer Druck aufgebaut wird. Nach Abtrennung der Flüssigphase wird die Kammer geöffnet und die Filterfläche mit dem Filterkuchen aus der Kammer herausbefördert. Das Stoffgemisch wird zunächst mittels hydrostatischem Druck von etwa bis zu 0,2 bar behandelt, wobei 80 bis 90 % des eingespeisten Volumens als Filtrat abgeführt wird. Anschließend wird das eingedickte Restvolumen abgezogen und mit einem Druck bis zu 5 bar in der geschlossenen Kammer weiterbehandelt. Durch Verringerung des Volumens der Kammer wird abschließend mit einem Druck von bis zu 50 bar das restliche Filtrat abgetrennt.

    摘要： A temperature transfer filter plate assembly for a filter press includes a temperature transfer filter plate in a filter plate assembly having a plate chamber for receiving heating or cooling fluid. A plurality of apertures extend through the filter plate to enable the flow of liquid therethrough. A filter frame includes a web or divider wall that receives temperature transfer filter plates on opposing sides thereof. The apertures of each temperature transfer filter plate open into respective collecting chambers defined by the inner wall of the temperature transfer filter plate and the divider wall. A flow path arrangement allows removal of the liquid from the collecting chambers in the temperature transfer filter plate assembly. The temperature transfer filter plates generally have inner and outer walls with a wavy or undulating configuration to form the plate chamber therebetween.

The membrane plates ( 21 ) have chamber-defining recesses on opposite sides thereof, with each recess ( 36 ) having a flexible membrane ( 39 ) associated therewith which can be pressurized from the rearward side so as to effect squeezing of the cake in the filtration chamber. Each heating plate ( 22 ) also has chamber-defining recesses ( 74 ) on opposite sides thereof, and the main center bottom wall ( 76 ) of each recess ( 74 ) has a metal heat transfer surface ( 77 ) associated therewith, the rear side of which is in intimate contact with a chamber or passage ( 79 ) which receives therein a high-temperature heat transfer fluid.
