The non-collapsing container includes a neck. An annular projection is located at least partially on the neck. A one-way valve is located proximate the annular projection. The one-way valve allows air to flow into the non-collapsing container once the vacuum pressure in the container reaches the cracking pressure of the one-way valve and the one-way valve prevents liquid from flowing out of the annular projection. In addition, a pump for pumping the contents of the container out of the container is also included.

In the foam dispensing pump container, a suction inlet 45 is opened to an opposite side of a discharging outlet 43 of the nozzle member 4. The suction inlet 45 is communicated with an air course formed between an inner cylinder 41and an outer cylinder 42 through a through hole 46. A skirt shaped cover portion 47 is formed to extend downwardly from an outer circumferential edge of the ceiling of the nozzle member 4 to a level lower than the suction inlet 45. In order to divide and shut off an inner space of the skirt shaped cover portion 47 (i.e., a space between an inner face of the cover portion 47 and the outer cylinder 42), at least one pair of partitions 49 are formed on both sides of the suction inlet 45 in the circumferential direction of the nozzle member 4.

A portable chargeable spraying bottle has an inner bottle (2), a nozzle assembly (1) equipped on the upper inner part of the inner bottle and a charging liquid structure placed at the bottom of the inner bottle. The charging liquid structure includes a charging liquid mouth (21) placed at the bottom of the inner bottle and a protuberant mandril (5) equipped on the charging liquid mouth. The mandril is located with a liquid charging passage (51) and a discharge opening (510) is located at the top of the liquid charging passage. Furthermore the inner bottle is connected with an exhausting structure. The inventive spraying bottle is convenient for carrying and can be used for recycling charging liquid, thus saving the cost and protecting environment.
