Said piston assembly, with the intermediate of a planetary gear, carries a drive motor and comprises a plurality of pistons that can be reciprocated in the longitudinal direction of the motor pump unit. Said pistons dip individually into a pump chamber of the pump head and a swash plate unit interacts with the pistons. The planetary gear has a sun gear which is connected to the motor shaft of the drive motor in a rotationally fixed manner and is coupled to a hollow gear via planet wheels that are rotationally received by a planet carrier. The planet carrier is connected to the swash plate unit in a rotationally fixed manner. The aim of the invention is to provide a high-pressure cleaning device in which the planetary gear is easy to lubricate even with the motor pump unit being arranged in a substantially vertical position. For this purpose, the piston aggregate is provided with an oil sump into which an oil-transfer pipe that is coaxial to the motor pump dips and which is connected to the planet carrier in a rotationally fixed manner, whereby oil from the oil sump can be fed to the planet gear via the oil-transfer pipe.

By means of the double wall, efficient cooling of the motor pump unit is obtained without the use of flow channels incorporated in cast motor housings.
