    摘要: Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Deckschichtdielen, die jeweils aus mehreren, an ihren Längs- und/oder Stirnseiten aneinandergesetzten und miteinander verleimten Deckschicht-Holzlamellen 16 zusammengesetzt sind. Die Holzlamellen 16 werden in einem Lamellenmagazin 1 bereitgehalten und geordnet auf eine Förderstrecke 1, 2, 3 aufgegeben, in einer Sammelstation 3, 4, 5, 9 zumindest in Längsrichtung lagerichtig aneinanderliegend zu einer Deckschicht-Anordnung 7 zusammengestellt und in einer Presse 11 mittels Druck- und Wärmeeinwirkung miteinander verleimt. Die Presse 11 ist nach einem Aspekt der Erfindung eine kontinuierlich arbeitende Durchlaufpresse. Nach einem anderen Aspekt der Erfindung wird die jeweils vorderste Holzlamelle 16 einer Deckschicht-Anordnung 7 in der Sammelstation 3, 4, 5, 9 an einer Anschlagsvorrichtung 5 angehalten und in definiertem Abstand stromaufwärts der Anschlagsvorrichtung 5 durchgesägt. Erfindungsgemäß wird hierbei die Position des Trennschnitts anhand des Soll-Längenmaßes der durchgesägten Holzlamelle 16 oder anhand der Soll-Längenmaße der für eine Deckschicht-Anordnung zusammengestellten Holzlamellen 16 bestimmt.

    摘要: A mobile saw bench (10) is designed for cutting elongate workpieces such as elongate open or closed steel sections. The mobile saw bench (10) comprises a base structure (14) which is mounted on four castor wheels (16). Formed continuous with the base structure (14) is an intervening frame structure (18) to which a benchtop (20) is mounted. The saw (12) is appropriately mounted to the benchtop (20) to permit cutting of a workpiece which is located thereon. Importantly, the mobile saw bench (10) further comprises a universal coupling (22). The universal coupling (22) is mounted to an underside of the benchtop (20) and is releasably clamped to an elongate member (24) which is in the form of a rigid measuring staff. The universal coupling (22) allows pivotal movement of the benchtop (20) relative to the measuring staff (24) which is stationary.
