    摘要: The present invention discloses a wheel (100) for grinding edge of a glass substrate and method of manufacturing of the same that does not require profiling work and improves grinding speeds by stabilizing quality of processed edge with uniformly arranged abrasive particles (21) and adjusting exposure degree of abrasive particles (21). A metal binder (23) is applied to a groove (12) along the centre part of the grinding face forming the circumference of the disk and the abrasive particles are partially buried into the metal binder (23). The plurality of abrasive particles (21) are arranged at the crossing points of columns and rows with regular intervals. For this, a pattern plate (30) with holes (31) is used at the crossing points of columns and rows with regular intervals on the metal binder (23).

    摘要: An interior rearview mirror assembly includes a mirror casing and a prismatic reflective element. The mirror casing is a unitarily molded mirror casing having at least one attachment surface. The prismatic reflective element includes a glass substrate having a front surface and a rear surface and a perimeter edge about a periphery of the glass substrate. A mirror reflector is established at the rear surface of the glass substrate. The perimeter edge of said glass substrate has a generally rounded surface disposed between the front surface and the mirror casing. The prismatic reflective element is attached at the attachment surface of the mirror casing. The perimeter edge of the glass substrate is exposed to and is viewable by the driver of the vehicle when the interior rearview mirror assembly is normally mounted in the vehicle.

    Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, ein Verfahren zur Reparatur von sichtbaren Fehlern in der Oberfläche von Glasscheiben, insbesondere in Frontscheiben von Kraftfahrzeugen vorzuschlagen, mit dem es möglich ist, diesen Fehler so zu beseitigen, dass nach der Reparatur weder optische noch mechanische Mängel nachweisbar sindwird gelöst, indem im Bereich um die Schadstelle so viel Glasmaterial abgetragen, dass eine Ausnehmung mit einer regelmäßig geformten geometrischen Struktur entsteht.
    In die entstandene Ausnehmung wird ein Glaskörper mit mindestens einer planen Oberfläche, der in seiner geometrischen Struktur mit dieser Ausnehmung identisch, ist eingesetzt.
