    摘要： Un appareil de transport et d'impression de documents (20) met en oeuvre un embrayage associé (52) destiné à l'impression et à l'endossement de documents (22) comme des chèques à un poste d'impression (38) de l'appareil (20).     摘要： A document transport and printing apparatus (20) which utilizes an associated clutch (52) for use in printing and endorsing documents (22) like checks at a printing station (38) in the apparatus (20). The apparatus (20) utilizes a single input shaft (58) as an input member for the clutch (52) and as an input member for a soft drive roller (160) located at the printing station (38). The clutch (52) utilizes a moveable sector portion (102) which is moved between inactive and active positions to rotate an associated planetary member (84) to provide a reduction in the rotary movement of an output member (54) of the clutch (52) when the sector portion (102) is moved to the active position. The output member (54) has three cam surfaces thereon (54-1, 54-2, 54-3) which respectively effect feeding, endorsing and printing functions of the printing apparatus (20) when the clutch (52) is activated.

    摘要： The device for printing endorsements on documents is desig­ned for mounting on processing equipment for certain types of documents - for example bank documents - so that once such documents have been printed and/or read by the processing equipment, they can be endorsed. For this purpose the device invented carries a stamp (8) and whatever numbers or characters are required, all mounted upon a revolving cylindrical body (1) which will press against the required documents as it turns; moreover, the same turning movement will serve to ink the stamp (8) and characters as these brush against an ink roller (10) located beside and at a tangent to the cylinder body (1); and finally, the device is normally in a blocked position, held by a flange (17) which can be released by means of an electromagnet (16).
