    摘要： A weatherstrip assembly for a vehicle. The assembly includes a body having a base and first and second legs which define a channel. The body includes an interior base surface, a first interior leg surface, and a second interior leg surface disposed within the channel. The assembly includes at least one sealing lip having an abutment surface and a wearstrip disposed along at least one of the interior base surface, the first and second interior leg surfaces, and the abutment surface and formed of a thermoplastic polyethylene material. The wearstrip has a plurality of alternating wear sections and gaps that define a series of alternating semi-rigid and flexible sections, respectively, with each wear section having first and second surfaces. The first surface of one of the wear sections and the second surface of an adjacent wear section face each other to define the gap.

    摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur dauerhaften Befestigung eines mit einer Metallverstärkung (8) ausgestatteten Dichtungsprofils (5) auf einen Flansch (7) mittels Rollformens, umfassend eine erste und eine zweite drehbare Rolle (3,4) mit gemeinsamer Drehachse, bei der die Rollen auf beiden Seiten eines auf einen Flansch (7) einer Karosserieöffnung aufgesteckten Dichtungsprofils positionierbar sind, bei der für die erste Rolle (3) ein Rollenantrieb (9) vorgesehen ist und die zweite Rolle (4) als Mitnehmerrolle ausgebildet ist, bei der die beiden Rollen durch einen aktivierten Rollenantrieb entlang des Dichtungsprofils bewegbar sind, wobei die Metallverstärkung zusammenpressbar ist, und bei der die Mitnehmerrolle auf dem mit dem Dichtungsprofil in Rollkontakt tretenden Teil seiner Außenfläche (12) über parallel zur Drehachse verlaufende Nuten (11) oder Rippen verfügt.
    Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Dichtungsprofil aus einem elastischen Material, mit einem u-förmigen, eine Metallverstärkung (8) besitzenden Kanal (6), mit dem es auf einen Flansch (7) einer Karosserieöffnung aufsteckbar ist, wobei das Dichtungsprofil auf der dem Karosserieinneren (14) zugewandten Kanalaußenfläche (17) mit in Kanallängsrichtung ausgerichteten Rillen oder Rippen (17) versehen ist.

An opening-side groove (64) is formed in an inner surface of an outside wall (34) near an open end thereof to define a space between the inner surface of the outside wall and a base of an outside seal lip (44) when an end of an outside seal lip contacts the inner surface of the outside wall. A bottom-side groove (54) is formed along the inner surface of the outside wall so as to receive the terminal end (52) of the outside seal lip when it is pushed by a door glass (16). A protruding part (60) having at least one rib (62) is further formed along the inner surface of the outside wall so as to contact the generally widthwise middle portion of the outside seal lip when it is pushed by the door glass.
