Selon une variante, ou en supplement, la roue du vehicule presente une structure formee par une pluralite de rayons en forme de lamelles (44), qui viennent se longer dans des fentes (42) placees autour du moyeu (40) et qui presentent une region externe (46) entourant une partie d'un pneu (49) Selon une autre variante, une roue du vehicule peut etre construite en un materiau rigide afin de presenter une region de moyeu (52) et une region de pneu (51), avec des ailettes formees sur au moins un cote de la region du pneu (51).
