Said means comprise a horizontal spillway opening, prolonged, arranged along said wall and to a height slightly lower than the liquid level, and pumps which spurt small water spouts almost horizontally, which form on the liquid surface a surface flow directed towards said prolonged opening, and filters of the drained water through said opening; said filters comprise a flexible belt conveyor, which is prolonged, extended for a closed path and in a continuous motion and which operates as a sieve, placed outside the basin and below said spillway opening that intercepts and filters the water and the leaves falling from said spillway opening.

摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Abfüllen von empfindlichen Produkten (3) wie z.B. Obst in Kisten (8) mit einem Wasserbehälter (4), in dem die Produkte an der Ober­fläche schwimmen und einer mittels einer Hubeinrichtung (6) in den Wasserbehälter (4) ein- und ausfahrbaren Kiste (8) zur Aufnahme der Produkte (3), die mittels einer Fördereinrich­tung (5) in den Bereich der Kiste gefördert werden. In sich wiederholender Weise wird eine Kiste (8) mit nach unten gerichteter Füllöffnung (37) soweit in einen mit einem Sam­melkanal (2) hydraulisch verbundenen Wasserbehälter (4) einge­taucht, bis der Boden (10) der Kiste (8) sich etwa auf der Höhe des Wasserspiegels (36) des Sammelkanals (2) befindet. Das Wasser in der Kiste wird durch ein Druckluftpolster soweit aus der Kiste herausgedrückt, bis sich die Ebene des Wasser­spiegels (35) in der Kiste (8) kurz vor der Ebene der Füllöffnung (37) befindet. Dann werden in dem Sammelkanal (2) schwimmende Produkte (3) mittels eines Förderers (5) bis unter die Füllöff­nung (37) der Kiste gebracht und steigen durch Auftrieb zum Füllraum der Kiste in dem Wasser auf. Mit zunehmender Menge eingebrachter Produkte wird der Überdruck in der Kiste abgesenkt und der Wasserspiegel in der Kiste steigt an, bis die in die Kiste eingebrachten Produkte an dem Boden der Kiste anliegen oder der Wasserspiegel in der Kiste einen vorbestimmten Abstand von dem Boden der Kiste hat. Danach wird eine Hubplatte (16) an die Füll­öffnung (37) der Kiste herangefahren und deckt diese ab. Danach wird die Kiste (8) mit der Hubplatte (16) aus dem Wasser­behälter (4) herausgefahren und dann um 180⁰ gedreht. Nach Anheben der Hubplatte (16) wird die gefüllte Kiste (8) auf einen Förderer (15) geschoben, auf dem das in der Kiste befindliche Wasser aus dieser ausläuft.
