摘要: The present invention relates to a method of introducing nitrogen into a beverage container. The beverage container (10) comprises a cylindrical neck part (16) having a circumferential rim (18) defining an opening (20). The cylindrical neck part comprises an outer circumferential flange (22) encircling the cylindrical neck part. A connecting element (36) comprising a circular closure plate (64) and a cylindrical housing (54) having a set of inwardly oriented locking parts (56) is positioned such that the cylindrical housing is at least partially covering the cylindrical neck part and a fluid path (58) is defined between the connecting element and the cylindrical neck part. A collar (42, 44) comprising a gas inlet (48) is placed about the cylindrical neck part and gas is injected into the beverage container via the gas inlet. Finally, the connecting element is moved towards the cylindrical neck part for arresting the connecting element to the cylindrical neck part and sealing the circular closure plate against the circumferential rim.

The method of controlling the apparatus having an upper casing with an upper concave part therein, a lower casing with a lower concave part therein, a vacuum chamber formed by the close contact between the upper concave part and the lower concave part, such that an opening portion at one end of the plastic bag is inserted into the vacuum chamber, a vacuum pump for providing vacuum to the vacuum chamber, and a heater for heat sealing the plastic bag being in a vacuum sate at the front portion thereof, including the steps of : descending the upper casing above the lower casing to thereby operate a first switch and a second switch together, the first switch and the second switch disposed protrudedly on the contact surface between the upper casing and the lower casing, being connected to a digital control unit; and operating the vacuum pump and the heater in a sequential order by the control of the digital control unit, such that the plastic bag is vacuumed in a plastic mode.

摘要: An article (2) to be packaged and a packaging bag (3) for covering the article (2) are supplied to heat sealing mechanisms which arrive at uniform time intervals, in synchronism with cycle timing of the respective heat sealing mechanisms. A vertically openable beak-shaped hopper (18) and a sliding plate (21) perform reciprocal movement at a uniform time interval along guides (19) on both sides, and arrive at circulating sealing platforms (7). The hopper (18) is inserted into an opening of the packaging bag (3) hanging down from above, and conveys the packaging bag to the sealing platform (7) whilst extending the same. In response to a relevant signal, a forward-and-reverse motor coupled to a ball screw causes the article to advance following the hopper by an insertion rod moving along the guides. If there is no resistance of the packaging bag on the opening-and-closing bars (71) which open to opposite sides, a packaging bag absence signal is issued, and according to this signal, the insertion rod is withdrawn together with the hopper, leaving the article on the sliding plate (21), and subsequent advance timing of the hopper is controlled.

An annular compressing plate (32) is mounted on the cap section (30) so as to be movable upwardly or downwardly thereon. This compressing plate is non-rotatable relative to the cap section. A resilient, expandable and compressible bellows (34) is located above the compressing plate and around the cap section. There is an exterior cover member (24) that has a cylindrical side wall with interior threads (28) in operative engagement with the edge (96) of the plate. Rotation of the cover member to a sufficient extent causes the bellows to be compressed by upward movement of the plate.

摘要: A vacuum packaging apparatus (10) is provided for use in evacuating the air in an open-ended package and sealing the evacuated package. The apparatus includes structure defining a chamber (36) sized only for receipt of the open end of the package with the remainder of the package disposed outside of the chamber, and a vacuum pump (68) for evacuating the chamber (36) and the package through the open end. The apparatus also includes a heating element for sealing the open end of the bag. The sealing element includes a seal bar (84) supported for movement within the chamber between a retracted position removed from pressing engagement with the package and an extended position in pressing engagement with the package and a sealing wire (86) supported on and extending across the seal bar. An electrical circuit (94) supplies current to the sealing wire (86) for heating the wire to a temperature sufficient to seal the package when the seal bar (84) is in pressing engagement with the package.
