    - und mit einer Bandagiereinrichtung (20) zur Umreifung des in dem Pressvorgang geformten Ballens (25, 26), die wenigstens eine bei einem Arbeitshub den Ballenkanal in Querrichtung durchgreifende Nadel (24) aufweist, wobei
    - der Arbeitshub des Ausgabestempels (12) in Ausgaberichtung (13) bis hinter die wenigstens eine Nadel (24) der Bandagiereinrichtung (20) reicht, so dass der Ausgabestempel (12) den Ballen (25, 26) durch die Bandagiereinrichtung (20) befördert.

    摘要: A method for packing stacked bundles made of paper that can reduce transportation cost of the stacked bundles made of paper and can reduce the storage space in a warehouse, etc., is provided. An operator firstly arranges three bundles of the paper towels 10 laterally and put the three bundles of the paper towels 10 in the packaging member 20. As the packaging member 20, a commercially available bag made of polyethylene is used. Next, by using a vacuum apparatus, air in the packaging member 20 is sucked until a thickness of the bundles of the paper towels 10 reduces about a half or so. According to this procedure, a vacuum packaged body 100 in which three bundles of the paper towels 10 are vacuum-packaged can be obtained. Next, a plurality of the vacuum packaged bodies 100 are packed in a corrugated cardboard box 200. Since a commercially available bag is used as the packaging member 20, the vacuum packaged body 100 is gradually swelling when several hours pass since vacuum-packaging. According to this procedure, the bundles of the paper towels 10 are in the state of being densely packed in the corrugated cardboard box 200. Finally, the operator seals the corrugated cardboard box 200.

Furthermore, the final products end up having a smaller size, which is an advantage when handling and transporting the rolls. When using the insulation material in the rolls, only two layers of foils have to be unpacked.

    摘要: A method of packaging a resiliently compressible article (10) comprises the steps of inserting the article into a tube of deformable material (22) such that excess material is provided at the ends of the tube. A first end (24) of the tube is then sealed closed. Air is then evacuated from the tube through the second end thereby deforming the tube around the article and causing the article to compress. While a vacuum is maintained in the tube, the second end of the tube is sealed closed. A containment sleeve (26) is fitted over the sealed tube to maintain the article in a compressed state. When the article is unpackaged, the containment sleeve is reversed and the tube is allowed to expand in a gradual controlled fashion by the bleeding of air back into the tube.
