The gripping device (4) is arranged for opening the container (1) at this end for providing a dispensing opening (5) allowing the content of the container to be squeezed out onto a supply side (2a) of the spreading device (2). The supply side (2a) is on the same side of the first wall (6) as the container (1). The gripping device (4) forms a second extension of the container(1) in the direction of the spreading device (2). The second extension completely covers the supply side (2a) of the spreading device (2).

摘要： This invention relates to a method and device for transporting hazardous materials, especially materials such as biological samples contained in vials. The device (10) comprises an enclosure (12) having a top (14) that locks onto a body section (18) so as to substantially preclude removal of the top (14) after it is in place on the body (18). The body section (18) includes a tab (30) which can be grasped and pulled along a line of weakness (28) to rip open the device (10) once it reaches its destination. The inside of the enclosure (12) including the top (14) is lined with a resilient material (34) along with a moisture impervious outer liner (32). The resilient material (34) is preferably highly liquid absorbing and is impregnated with a germicidal/pesticidal substance so that in the unlikely event the container (10) breaks its contents will be absorbed and contained within the protective enclosure (12).

摘要： A container/package for dispensing a liquid media which is environmentally advantageous for recycling and waste disposal purposes. The liquid media package having a tubular body, an end cap on the tubular body for containing the liquid media, and a mechanism for inducing stress, such a score line in the tubular body, responsive to pressure developed by a pressure generating device to cause failure and separation of at least a portion of tubular body. More specifically, a first pressure is developed to dispense liquid media through the orifices in the end cap. A second pressure, higher than the first pressure, is subsequently developed for effecting failure of the tubular body at the point of induced stress. The package may be fabricated from two materials, where at least one of which is recyclable.
