摘要： Dispense head to be coupled to a beverage container above a container valve arranged in the beverage container in a dispensing system, the dispense head comprising a housing, a hollow piston arranged displaceably in an axial direction within the housing, the piston being connected to a handle so that upon activation of the handle, the piston will be displaced axially towards and beyond an end of the housing in order to open the container valve, and a gas inlet arranged in the housing, which via a fluid channel is fluidly connected with a space extending along the piston and between the housing and the piston, wherein the housing comprises an opening extending through the housing and being in fluid communication with the fluid channel, and wherein a valve is arranged in the fluid channel opposite the opening, the valve having a first position in which the gas inlet is fluidly connected with an inside of the beverage container when the piston has opened the container valve, and a second position in which the gas inlet is closed and the inside of the beverage container is fluidly connected with the opening so that a gas present in the beverage container may be pressure equalised with the environment before the dispense head is decoupled from the beverage container.

摘要： A pressure relief system for a beverage container comprises an insertion member, (4) a collar (6) adapted to form a sealing fit within an opening of the beverage container, the collar (6) having an inner tapered contact surface, and a seal (10) in engagement between the insertion member (4) and the inner tapered contact surface (8). A spring (14) biases the insertion member (4) into sealing engagement with the collar (6). When a pre-determined pressure is reached within the beverage container, the pressure acting on the insertion member (4) compresses the spring (14) so that movement of the insertion member (4) causes the seal (10) to move outwardly of the container along the inner tapered contact surface (8) to a point at which the insertion member (4) is forced out of sealing engagement with the collar (6) to relieve the pressure.

摘要： A beer keg for storing a beer under pressure has an outer wall and a pressure relief passageway extending through an outer wall of the beer keg. The beer keg has a bursting disk seated in the passageway normally closing the passageway. The disk is adapted to rupture permitting fluid to escape from the beer keg through the passageway when the pressure in the beer keg exceeds a predetermined pressure value. The keg has a releasable cap mounted thereto that covers the passageway. The releasable cap has vent openings that permit the escape of fluid from the passageway. The cap is releasable to permit access to the passageway for changing the bursting disk. Preferably, a pressure build up in the keg in excess of about 7 bar results in the bursting disk rupturing.

The first passageway of the bag is attached to the support device and the second passageway of the bag is attached to the fluid line (280) such that fluids in the bag flow through the second passageway to the dispensing system.
