The system is characterized by comprising a through portion extending through the cork and including a beverage extraction passage for extracting the beverage from the inside of the bottle, and a gas injection passage for injecting a gas into the bottle, and in that a gas injection port disposed in the gas injection passage is positioned, when the beverage is to be extracted from the inside of the bottle through the beverage extraction passage, in the bottle at a level higher than the beverage extraction port formed in the beverage extraction passage.
