Provided is a beverage server system, which can extract a beverage from a drinking bottle with a simple constitution but without causing the beverage in the drinking bottle to contact the air and without mixing a deposit existing in most wines of high grades and which is so easy in its beverage extracting operation and maintenance that it can be easily introduced into even an ordinary family. The beverage server system extracts the beverage from the drinking bottle closed by a cork, without opening it. The system is characterized by comprising a through portion extending through the cork and including a beverage extraction passage for extracting the beverage from the inside of the bottle, and a gas injection passage for injecting a gas into the bottle, and in that a gas injection port disposed in the gas injection passage is positioned, when the beverage is to be extracted from the inside of the bottle through the beverage extraction passage, in the bottle at a level higher than the beverage extraction port formed in the beverage extraction passage.
