摘要： Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine zweikomponentige Polyurethanzusammensetzung enthaltend mindestens 55 Gewichts-% Polybutadienpolyole bezogen auf die Gesamtmenge aller Polyole mit einem mittleren Molekulargewicht von mindestens 500 g/mol, und mindestens einen latenten Härter, wobei das Verhältnis der Anzahl Reaktivgruppen des latenten Härters zur Anzahl der vorhandenen OH-Gruppen im Bereich von 0.02 bis 0.4 liegt.
Die Zusammensetzung verfügt über eine lange Offenzeit, eine blasenfreie Aushärtung, eine sehr tiefe Glasübergangstemperatur, eine hohe Elastizität und eine überraschend hohe Festigkeit, welche über einen weiten Temperaturbereich sehr konstant sind. Weiterhin haftet sie sehr gut auf metallischen und nichtmetallischen Substraten, wobei sie auf glasigen thermoplastischen Kunststoffen kaum Spannungsrisse verursacht. Sie ist somit hervorragend geeignet als struktureller elastischer Klebstoff für Verklebungen, welche in einem breiten Temperaturbereich beansprucht werden.
