摘要： An object is to provide (i) an emulsion composition which makes it possible to easily form an emulsion containing a hydrolyzable silyl group-containing polymer and (ii) a method for producing the emulsion composition. The object is attained by providing an emulsion composition containing: (A) at least one of a hydrolyzable silyl group-containing polyoxyalkylene-based polymer (A1) and a hydrolyzable silyl group-containing (meth)acrylic ester-based copolymer (A2); (B) water; and (C) a layered filler. The emulsion composition contains 1.5 parts by weight to 20 parts by weight of the (C) component with respect to a total of 100 parts by weight of the (A) component and the (B) component.
