The spinning mechanism and the maintenance control method therefor achieve convenient, quick and efficient maintenance such as online replacement of a spinneret portion.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Spinnblock für Schmelzspinnanlagen mit einem Filter, bestehend aus einem oder mehreren miteinander verbundenen Metallblöcken, einer Düsenplatte und einer Heizeinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizeinrichtung den Spinnblock (3) von Innen beheizt, aus einem oder mehreren Heizelementen (11) von länglicher Form besteht und die Elemente in gleichmäßiger Verteilung um die Achse der Haupt-Flußrichtung der Schmelze so angeordnet sind, daß sie den gesamten Spinnblock (3) durchdringen und zum Wechseln des Filters (9) oder der Düsenplatte (10) oder zum Zwecke der Wartung entnommen werden können, sowie Heizelemente (11), die im wesentlichen aus einem Material bestehen oder mit einem solchen ummantelt sind, dessen Wärmeausdehnung größer ist, als die des das Heizelement umgebenden Materials, so daß der Wärmeübergang zwischen Heizelement (11) und Spinnblock (3) verbessert wird. Die Erfindung betrifft auch die Verwendung eines solchen Spinnblock zum Schmelzspinnen von Filamenten aus thermoplastischen Polymeren.
