摘要： Provided is an eccentric core-sheath composite false-twisted yarn, in which, in a cross-section of a composite fiber composed of two polymers that are a component A and a component B, the component A is completely covered with the component B, a ratio S/D of a minimum thickness S of a thickness of the component B covering the component A to a fiber diameter D is 0.01 to 0.1, a peripheral length of a fiber at a portion where a thickness is 1.05 times or less the minimum thickness S is 1/3 or more of a peripheral length of the entire fiber, a difference in modification degree between the single yarns is 0.2 or more, and a crimping rate is 30% or more.
