Jedes Innenglied (1) besteht aus zwei Innenlaschen (3) und jedes Außenglied (2) aus zwei über einen Bolzen (11) fest miteinander verbundenen Außenlaschen (10). Der Bolzen (11) ist mittels einer Gleitbuchse (13) in dem Kettengelenk drehbar gelagert. Ferner ist eine Laufrolle (8) mittels eines koaxial auf dem Kettengelenk angeordneten Kugellagers gelagert.
    Erfindungsgemäß sind sowohl die Laufrolle (8) als auch die Gleitbuchse (13) mit dem Bolzen (11) schmierungsfrei in der Rollenkette gelagert.
    Dadurch ist die Rollenkette quasi wartungsfrei. Eine Verschmutzung der Rollenkette, der Maschine sowie der textilen Materialien durch Schmierstoffe ist ausgeschlossen.

The ball bearings (10) are axially sealed by means of sealing rings (15). The sealing rings (15) should be designed in such a way to transmit mechanical forces in an axial direction and, at the same time, to be able to receive a lubrication channel (22) in a radial direction. To these ends, said sealing rings contain metallic inserts (25) which are provided at separate points that are equally distributed in a circumferential direction, which transmit the forces, and between which space is maintained for a radial lubrication channel (22).
