    摘要: The present invention refers to the insulation roof board and the method of production and packaging thereof. The board is provided with a thermal insulation ( 1 ) layer in the form of a cuboid, the top surface of which is glued with at least two tar paper layers ( 2 , 3 , 4 ) joined together on part of their contact area, wherein each tar paper layer ( 2 , 3 , 4 ) contains a carrying insert ( 5 , 9 , 13 ), a bottom coating and an upper coating in the form of a bituminous mass layer ( 6 , 10 , 14 ) and the outer surface of its upper coating is finished with grit ( 8 , 12 , 16 ), and tar paper sheets ( 2 , 3 , 4 ) are connected by a thermal insulation layer ( 1 ) so that two tangential perpendicular sides of the protective tar paper ( 2 ) are aligned with the surface of the sides of the cuboidal thermal insulation layer ( 1 ), and each subsequent tar paper sheet ( 3 , 4 ) is displaced to the same side in both perpendicular directions against the previous one ( 2 ) , wherein the tangential tar paper sheets ( 2 , 3 , 4 ) are connected in such a way that along the outer sides of each sheet there is a band overlapping with the thermal insulation board ( 1 ), and from the bottom there is a foil of meltable plastic ( 7 , 11 , 15 ), where the tar paper layers ( 2 , 3 , 4 ) in contact are not connected. The boards are produced by the method where tar paper sheets ( 2 , 3 , 4 ) are joined together in such a way that each subsequent tar paper sheet ( 3 , 4 ) is displaced to the same side in both perpendicular directions against the previous one, wherein along the outer sides of each sheet a strip is formed where the tar papers ( 2 , 3 , 4 ) in contact are not connected, and the bottom surface of the final bottom sheet of protective tar paper ( 2 ) is heated in zones from the top over non-entire width and length until the protective foil melts, and until the bituminous layer obtains adhesive properties on the preheated part of the surface smaller than the rectangular surface of the thermal insulation layer ( 1 ) , with two strips left unaffected on the perpendicular tangential side, and then, the part of the tar paper sheet prepared this way is coated with an adhesive ( 19 ) and then a rectangular thermal insulation layer ( 1 ) is applied thereon and aligned with the two tangential sides of the protective layer ( 2 ) sheet limiting the surface covered with the adhesive ( 19 ) , and is pressed until the fixed connection is formed. The boards are packaged in such a way that finished insulation roof boards with their thermal insulation layer ( 1 ) up are piled, with subsequent boards with their corners protruding from the tar paper layer ( 2 , 3 , 4 ) arranged alternately in the opposite directions and aligned with the sides of the thermal insulation layer ( 1 ) of the previous insulation roof board.

    摘要: An insulated wall panel comprises a profiled external sheet (2), an internal lower sheet (3), and an insulating core between the sheets (2, 3). The external sheet (2) has an external male projecting part (10) and an internal recess part (11) on one side for engagement, on assembly, with a corresponding external recess part (12) and projecting male inner part (13) on the opposite side of a panel. A seal (20) is interposed between a flattened nose portion (13a) and a flat wall (11a) for effective sealing engagement. The outer gap (g) between adjacent sheets (2) is substantially uniform and set by engaging the external male part (10) against an inclined wall (25) of the adjacent external skin (2). The internal lining sheet (3) has an inner recess part (30) and an outer male projecting part (31) on one side and a corresponding inner projecting male part (32) and outer recess (33) on the opposite sides. The internal joint between adjacent internal sheets is sealed by a seal (35). A fixing pin (40) may be extended through the overlapping internal sheets (3).

    摘要: There is disclosed an improved roof/wall panel. Known panels suffer from a number of problems, eg, it has been found that they may become loose in high winds. Accordingly, the invention provides a roof or wall panel (10, 10', 10'', 10a, 10'a, 10b, 10'b, 10''b) comprising a substantially rectangular planer member having an outer layer (40, 40', 40'', 40a, 40'a) characterised in that at least part of the outer layer extends beyond a side edge (51, 51a) of the panel which side edge may form a longitudinal edge, in use, so as to form a raised lip such that when the side edge of the panel is positioned adjacent to an opposing longitudinal side edge (50', 50'a) of another panel the lip of the side edge of the panel overlaps at least part of the opposing side edge of the other panel. In a preferred embodiment the outer layer (40, 40', 40'', 40a, 40'a) is a prelaminated plastics-to-metal layer.
