    摘要: A structural steel decking panel for supporting wet concrete and subsequently reinforcing the concrete after it has hardened is disclosed. The decking panel includes an elongate profiled steel sheet (12) having a top side (14) and an underside (16) and a plurality of elongate reinforcing members (20) connected to the sheet. The decking panel is characterised in that the strength of the longitudinal shear connection between the sheet and the reinforcing members is sufficiently high to resist longitudinal shear failure between the reinforcing members and the sheet when the decking panel is subjected to top loading with construction loads and wet concrete.

    摘要: A metal "U" shape channel form (22) is used to form a concrete beam (18), and has two laterally opposed outwardly extending horizontally disposed flanges (30) with two supporting areas (32,34) arranged in a stepped fashion for selectively supporting a metal deck (14) or both a metal deck and plywood (58) between the span of adjacently arranged channel forms used to form a slab therebetween, which slab may be composite in that the formed slab (12) integrally includes a metal deck. A "U" shape shoring head (48) of complementary shape to the channel form (22) is mounted on a shoring frame to hold the channel form (22) in place for the pouring of the concrete, and a shoring head (22) can be used with a structural member arranged to support the metal deck of variable spans for slabs of variable dimensions in the available space.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for forming a formwork for a ribbed or waffle concrete slab is provided. The apparatus includes a rectangular block having a ledge around the base, the ledge having a dimension of half the desired width of the base ribs of the concrete slab, and a keystone connector. The keystone connector has an engagement portion configured to attach to an engagement portion on each block. In a method, the blocks are laid out so that the ledges of adjacent blocks are in contact. A keystone connector is then placed at each intersection of four blocks by attaching the respective engagement portions of the keystone connector and each block so that the keystone connector holds each of the four blocks in place relative to one another. The keystone connector is also configured to retain a reinforcing rod laid in the channel between adjacent blocks.

    摘要: A formwork assembly for casting a concrete structure. The formwork assembly comprises a support member which may support a conventional armature grid if any, and further comprises at least one liquid-tight and load-bearing formwork wall connected to the support member. The formwork wall includes at least two panels each defining a peripheral edging, each one of the panels having at least one first dovetail joint means about its peripheral edging. Each formwork wall also comprises a panel connector having at least two second dovetail joint means, each second dovetail joint means being complementary to the first dovetail joint means of a corresponding panel; wherein each second dovetail joint means of the connector is interlocked with the first dovetail joint means of a corresponding panel to form a dovetail joint therewith, in order for the connector to hold the panels in an edgewisely juxtaposed fashion to form a continuous formwork wall. The formwork assembly further includes a securing member for securing the connector and the panels together, and a supporting structure for supporting the formwork wall in the desired position.

    摘要: The method includes assembling a supporting structure (10) at a predetermined level and laying a plurality of elongated forming members (14) of substantially rectangular cross section across the supporting structure in parallel spaced apart relationship. The forming members (14) have a pair of outwardly projecting shelves one on each of two opposite sides along the entire length of the member. By laying beam plates (20) on the shelves a beam channel (38) is formed by the opposed sides (40, 42) of adjacent forming members (14) and the top surface of the beam plate (20). Spaces between forming members (14) which do not define beam channels are covered by laying elongated bridging plates (22) on the tops of the adjacent spaced apart forming members, the combination of the top surfaces of the forming members (14), the beam channels (38) and the top surfaces of the bridging plates (22) provides the form for a bottom surface of a concrete slab section. Levelling of concrete poured over the combination results in a slab surface having a thin layer of concrete between spaced apart thickened beam portions. Forming the concrete slab in this way reduced the required amount of concrete and hence the weight of the slab.
