The wind turbine blade having a profiled contour including a pressure side and a suction side, and a leading edge and a trailing edge with a chord extending therebetween defining a chordwise direction. The wind turbine blade extends in a longitudinal direction between a root end and a tip end and having a blade length along the longitudinal direction. The wind turbine blade has a first airfoil blade section along the longitudinal direction being located between 40% and 100% of the blade length measured from the root end. Within the first airfoil blade section, the pressure side is substantially straight near the trailing edge.
