摘要: A clutch hub (51) has oil supply holes (75) extending therethrough and configured to supply lubricating oil from an interior of the clutch hub (51) toward first clutch plates (58) and second clutch plates (60). An injection port (76) configured to allow injection of the lubricating oil into the interior of the clutch hub (51) is provided in the interior of the clutch hub (51) at a location between the clutch hub (51) and a rotation axis (Z) of a clutch body (50). The clutch hub (51) has an inner circumferential portion including: an opposing portion (77) opposing the injection port (76); and a first portion (78) located closer to a first end portion (51a) of the clutch hub (51) than the opposing portion (77) is in a direction extending along the rotation axis (Z), the first portion (78) being an inclined inner circumferential surface according to which a radius of the clutch hub (51) decreases toward the first end portion (51a).

摘要: In some examples a piston-bushing assembly includes a bushing with an opening and a piston slidably disposed within the bushing. The piston includes a bottom end disposed within the bushing and an exterior end extending a distance outward from the opening of the bushing. The exterior end of the piston is configured to engage with a disc stack of a brake assembly. The piston-bushing assembly also includes an adjuster tube including a first end of the adjuster tube, wherein, when the piston-bushing assembly is in an unactuated state, a length between the first end of the adjuster tube and the bottom end of the piston defines a step-back gap.

摘要: A hydraulic brake with dual piston structure includes a brake body (1), a handle (2), and a brake oil pipe (3); the brake body is provided with a pressure cylinder (101) and a storage cylinder (102), and the pressure cylinder is provided with a piston assembly acted by the handle, and the pressure cylinder is connected to the reservoir through an oil pressure regulating orifice (103). The piston assembly includes a front piston rod (4) and a rear piston rod (5). The rear piston rod is provided with a pushing chamber (501), and the front piston rod is capable of entering the pushing chamber; a guide oil chamber (401) and a through overflow hole (402) in communication are provided on the front piston rod. The front piston rod is also sleeved with a one-way oil seal (6) in contact with the inner wall of the pressure cylinder. The one-way oil seal is located in front of the overflow hole.

摘要: A piston assembly (30) for engaging two selectively engageable parts comprising: a housing defining a piston cylinder (32); a piston (31); and an adjuster assembly (50) comprising: a piston stroke limiter (70) configured to limit the length of a return stroke of the piston (31) from an extended stroke position and a retracted stroke position, the piston stroke limiter (70) comprising a spring (52) and a spring guide (53); and an inner crushable tube (60), acting between the piston (31) and the piston stroke limiter (70), the inner crushable tube (60) being arranged to reduce in axial length when a length of an extension stroke exceeds a length of a retraction stroke to maintain the length of the return stroke; wherein the inner crushable tube (60) comprises an inner crushable thin-walled tube surrounding at least a portion of the piston (31), the adjuster assembly (50) further comprising an outer crushable tube (80) mounted around and radially outwards of the inner crushable tube (60) on a tube support, an end of the tube support connected to an end of the inner crushable tube (60), the inner and outer crushable tubes (60,80) configured to each form a crushed body of reduced axial length compared to the axial length of the tube when a predetermined force is applied to the tube.
