摘要:
A granular fuel-fired boiler brazier (20) of the type having a brazier base (21) movable periodically from an operative position retaining fuel and ash F in the brazier to a discharge position, shown partially open to allow ash contents F to fall out of the brazier (20). Fragmentation means (35) operate on moving the base to break up the fuel and ash contents F.

Device and method to remove impurities, ash (31) or similar from a brazier for heaters (10, 110, 210), the brazier comprising a base wall (15) including through apertures (17) for the passage of air. The device comprises agitator means (20) in cooperation with part of the base wall (15) to shake and selectively remove impurities, such as ash, soot or similar, which have been deposited on the base wall (15) and at least partly occluding the apertures (17). The device comprises motorized drive means (23) associated with the agitator means (20) and able to be selectively driven by a control center (28), the device also comprising detection means (29, 30, 32) to detect at least an operating condition of the heater, during the functioning thereof, able to send signals to the control center (28) to command the selective drive of the agitator means (20).
摘要:
Burner that uses a granular-type solid biomass fuel, comprising a combustion chamber (2) where combustion takes place, and an unburned fuel discharge device (3) for discharging the unburned fuel generated during combustion. The unburned fuel discharge device (3) forms the base of the combustion chamber (2), said unburned fuel discharge device (3) comprising at least three discharge plates (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) arranged parallel to one another, at least two of said discharge plates (4, 5, 6) being movable and at least one of said discharge plates (7, 8) being fixed, the movable discharge plates (4, 5, 6) and the fixed discharge plates (7, 8) being arranged in an alternating manner, each of the discharge plates (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) comprising at least one hole, said holes being arranged and the movable discharge plates (4, 5, 6) being moved such that the passage of an air stream through the discharge device (3) is prevented.

The present invention relates to burners and boiler structures of heating systems which work with solid fuel or which work especially with wood pellets, olive stones and other similar propellants. The burner has a “C”-shaped grate structure comprising a grate mount (4.2) for opening and closing an ash discharging mouth, and the top grate made up by the following components: Grate arms (4.1.2) that can move at a horizontal angle over connecting grate shafts (4.1.3) independent from each other; grate shims (4.1.4) located on the grate shafts (4.1.3) and between the grate arms (4.1.2); a shank (4.1.5) connecting the grate arms (4.1.2) to a grate frame (4.1.1), and the top grate to the grate mount (4.2), thus enabling the top grate to move in an upwards or downwards motion limited by supports (4.1.7, 4.1.8). Furthermore, the burner comprises uneven rails on which the top grate moves guided by guide pins (4.1.6).
摘要:
The invention relates to a method for remodeling a device for the thermal treatment of fine-grained materials, especially a device for drying, burning and/or sintering fine-grained raw materials to be used in the iron industry, by providing said device with a grate for receiving the material to be treated, in order to increase the capacity of the device. The invention also relates to a grate carriage with an increased capacity.
