摘要： An apparatus for cleaning the interior surfaces of a vessel (1) which includes a cleaning head (2) supported and guided into the vessel by a rigid air shaft (3). The cleaning head (2) is supplied with a process fluid and directs and removes the process fluid from a cleaning zone located on the interior surface of the vessel (1). The process fluid is heated by a heat exchanger hose assembly (5) that is connected to the air shaft (3). The apparatus utilizes turbulent fluid flow, thermal shock, ultrasonic vibration and/or piezoelectric vibration to dislodge particulates from the inner surfaces of the vessel. 摘要： A sludge lance for a tube and shell steam generator that has a central divider plate that extends substantially the length of a central tube lane substantially bisecting a hand hole through which the tube lane can be accessed. The sludge lance has a nozzle with a spring biased, reciprocally movable plunger that extends against the divider plate and is locked in position by a stream of high pressure cleaning fluid that traverses the nozzle and exits through jets to clean sludge from between the tubes. An alignment tool with a swing arm indexes the jets to assure they are properly aligned with the tube rows and spaced from the divider plate.

摘要： A flexible high pressure fluid cleaning lance drive apparatus includes a guide rail having a longitudinal axis adapted to be positioned within a boiler water box and aligned in a fixed position with respect to a central axis of the water box. A tractor drive module is mounted on the guide rail, a helix clad high pressure fluid hose drive module is mounted on the guide rail operable to propel a flexible lance helix clad hose through the drive module along an axis parallel to the guide rail longitudinal axis, and a right angle guide rotator module is mounted on the guide rail and connected to the tractor module for positioning a rotatable high pressure nozzle carried by the helix clad hose within a guide tube attached to the rotator module.
