Vorrichtung zur automatischen Anpassung des Meßbe reichs eines Anzeige- oder Auswertgerätes (Gerät) (G) an den Bereich von Augangsspannungen eines Sensors (S) für eine physikalische Größe. Zum Anschluß des Sensors an das Gerät dient ein Steckverbinder (5), über den eine Meßsi gnalleitung (M) zum Gerät führt. Zur Anpassung kann min destens ein sensorseitig angeordneter Erkennungswider stand dienen, der durch eine über den Steckverbinder füh rende Erkennungsleitung (E) zu einer geräteseitigen Erken nungsschaltung führt. Jedes der in Frage kommenden Gerä te ist mit dem einen Teil eines Steckverbinders versehen, während jeder der Sensoren mit dem anderen Teil eines gleichen Steckverbinders versehen ist, so daß verschiede ne Sensoren mit demselben Gerät verbunden werden kön nen. Zur Anpassung dienen einige im Gerät vorgesehene Anpaßwiderstände (R1 bis Rn), von denen mindestens einer von der Erkennungsschaltung her, insbesondere vom Aus gang eines Stufenkomparators eingeschaltet werden kann. Zur Anpassung können anstelle eines Erkennungswider standes sensorseitig Kodierungsschalter (SK1 bis Skn) vor gesehen sein und geräteseitig ein entsprechender Dekoder (16), der für die Einschaltung der Anpaßwiderstände sorgt.

A method for early detection of developing damage in a bearing caused by flow of a bearing current includes evaluating a long-term measurement of a measured variable representative of a bearing current amplitude of a bearing current during a bearing operation, representing—based on the evaluation—measurement results in form of a histogram which displays a number of bearing currents per time interval in each interval of the bearing current amplitude, and evaluating the histogram representation of the measurement results through pattern comparison. A device for carrying out the method is also disclosed.

A measuring method and a device should be specified, said measuring method allowing the bearing currents to be better evaluated in regard to potential damage to the affected bearing. Furthermore, a method and a device should be specified, said method being suitable for analyzing the cause of a damaging bearing current. This aim is achieved by a method for the early detection of the development of damage in a bearing caused by the flow of a bearing current, comprising the following steps: creating an evaluation based on at least one long-term measurement of at least one measured variable characteristic of the occurrence of bearing currents during the bearing operation according to the bearing current amplitude, creating a representation of the measurement results based on the evaluation, and evaluating the representation based on a pattern detection. Furthermore, this aim is achieved by a device for carrying out the method.

The control system (CR) is capable of determining a characteristic curve representative of the change in the physical control parameter during the assembly of the two constructional elements. The radiofrequency label (14) is capable of transmitting a control signal (SC) representative of said characteristic curve to a control unit (31) situated remotely for comparison with a predetermined specific curve.
