摘要： The present invention concerns a method of determining a replacement plan for a shop floor (100), the shop floor (100) comprising a plurality of automated machine arrangements (105), each machine arrangement (105) being associated to one or more transfer stations (115), a plurality of transport devices (110) being controllable to move containers for material between transfer stations (115) of the machine arrangements (105) and/or of one or more buffer areas (120), the method comprising: receiving (S10) an indication that a deviation from a schedule being executed by the shop floor has occurred; determining (S12) a replacement plan, wherein the replacement plan is based on the schedule, the replacement plan including already started operations, and excluding at least some operations scheduled according to the schedule; and indicating (S14) the replacement plan for automated execution.
