摘要： L'objet de l'invention est un procédé d'usinage de panneaux minces, en particulier de forme complexe, notamment non-développable, dans lequel le panneau à usiner (1) est préalablement mis en position isostatique, caractérisé en ce que :

on définit sur le panneau (1), dans la ou les parties à usiner, une ou plusieurs zones d'usinage d'étendue déterminée, dénommées fenêtres d'usinage, et
au droit de chaque fenêtre d'usinage :

on maintient en position l'une des faces (1b) du panneau (1) sans introduire d'hyperstatisme de positionnement,
on mesure la forme réelle de ladite face (1 b),
on réalise sur la face opposée (1 a) l'usinage à effectuer en prenant comme référence ladite face (1b) mesurée, et
on relâche ladite face (1 b).

L'invention a également pour objet un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé.

摘要： Disclosed are a method and apparatus for producing an object such as an aircraft door (2) or an aircraft panel. The method comprises: providing a blank (60); attaching the blank (60) to a fixture system (28) so as to oppose deflection of the blank (60); while the blank (60) is attached to the fixture system (28), measuring, by a surface measurement device (18), a surface (62) of the blank (60); using the measurements of the surface (62), assigning, by a processor (30), to a digital model (34) of the object that is to be produced, a spatial position; using the spatial position assigned to the digital model (34), producing, by the processor (30), instructions for a machining device (26); and controlling, by a controller (24), the machining device (26) to machine the blank (60) in accordance with the instructions, thereby producing the object.
