    摘要: A self-operated droop compensated regulator includes a spring casing (12) and a lower casing (14), sandwiching a diaphragm (20). The lower casing has axially aligned inlet (22) and outlet ports (24). A one piece cam stem (26) and relief seat (30) is mounted for movement with the diaphragm and includes a first cam surface (33) for directly engaging a movable disk holder (58). The disk holder is movable in a straight line within an orifice tube (50) that supports the valve seat. The cam surface moves the disk holder at a non linear rate with respect to the diaphragm. The orifice tube has a removable boost end cap (80) for providing a boost action to the diaphragm. A pressure relief mechanism is incorporated within the upper portion of the diaphragm. A bias spring (64) acts, between a second similar cam surface (34) on the opposite side of the stem and the disk holder, to maintain the first cam surface in contact with the disk holder. The boost end cap is snapped in position over the end of the orifice tube and has a plurality of fingers (84) with latch portions that engage an annular groove on the orifice tube. One of the fingers (84a) has a hook end that forms a guide for the rear of the cam stem in a sliding contact. A hole (82) in the end cap reduces the boost effect. Parts that move against each other are of different materials for minimum resistance.

    摘要: A balanced port control assembly includes a control element with a valve plug coupled to a valve stem and a pressure sensing labyrinth defined at least partly by the valve plug. The pressure sensing labyrinth provides for fluid communication between a sealing surface of the valve plug and a balancing diaphragm carried internally of the control element. The pressure sensing labyrinth includes at least one pressure sensing passage extending from the sealing surface and into the valve plug along a central longitudinal axis of the control element. So configured, fluid pressure resident on the sealing surface of the valve plug is also resident on the balancing diaphragm such that equal and opposite forces are applied to the control element.

A control element is disposed within the fluid flow path, the control element cooperating with a seat to control fluid flow through the regulator body. An actuator is attached to the regulator body, the actuator providing force to move the control element relative to the seat. The actuator includes a housing and a diaphragm within the housing, the diaphragm dividing the actuator housing into an upper chamber and a lower chamber. A high pressure bleed valve is attached to the lower chamber to vent residual gas from the lower chamber, which creates additional volume for process liquid in the lower chamber. This additional volume improves effectiveness and response time of the process fluid regulator.

Dabei ergibt sich gleichzeitig durch den lösbaren und auswechselbaren Einbau des Anschlußstutzens 3 in den Hauptkörper 1 die Möglichkeit, nach der Endmontage des Insufflationsgerätes eine Anpassung des Anschlußstutzens 3 an die Erfordernisse des Gasflaschenanschlusses vorzunehmen.
