The system comprises a plurality of flexible attachment means corresponding to the number of attachment points on the banner, a plurality of sheaves, said sheaves defines the attachment points of a geometrical figure, said geometrical figure is situated in a single plane, a plurality of wires for stretching the banner, said number of wires equals the number of sheaves, said wires are at a first end attached to the flexible means, said wires at a second end interacts with at least one winch, said at least one winch is capable of tightening and loosening the wires thereby suspending the banner into a plane parallel with the single plane of the geometrical figure, each wire interact with at least one sheave between the first and second end of the wire, said winch comprises an axis of rotation, said axis of rotation is perpendicular to the single plane, said winch is situated in the single plane.
