    摘要: A locking device for a tape cassette housing of a tape recorder comprises a locking recess and a locking protrusion respectively provided in sides of a tape cassette housing and a deck chassis and corresponding to each other, thereby fastening a tape cassette housing to the deck chassis, the tape cassette housing resiliently coming into contact with the deck chassis as a tape cassette is loaded. In here, around external circumference of the locking protrusion is formed at least one edge, and an end of the edge comes into contact with a corner of the locking recess right before the locking protrusion is inserted into the locking recess. Accordingly, the locking protrusion comes into linear contact with the corner of the locking recess in loading/unloading operations of the tape cassette so that the stopping of the ascending and descending movements of the tape cassette housing is prevented during the loading/unloading operations of the tape cassette.

    摘要: The raising distance of a cassette holder (2) required to pinch the upper and lower faces of a cassette for unloading is increased, and erroneous insertion of the cassette (1) into a gap between the lower face of the cassette holder and a back plate is thereby prevented. After the cassette is inserted, the cassette holder (2) having on its lower face a load-locking hook (2a) and an engaging hook (2c) is pressed downward from the top plate (4) side to shift it toward a chassis frame (6). An erroneous insertion preventing plate (11), pivoted on the back plate (7), rotates around a pivot (14) and along the lower face of the cassette holder, and is positioned between the rear position of the cassette (1) and the back plate (7) when the cassette holder (2) is fully moved down, and at the same time the load-locking hook (2a) and a slide lock shaft (not shown) engage with each other to complete the loading of the cassette. In the upward motion, as the erroneous insertion preventing plate (11) rotates around the pivot (14), an engaging shaft (12) at the tip of the erroneous insertion preventing plate (11) moves along the lower face of the cassette holder and to the end position of the upward motion to engage with the hook (2c). The shape of the hook (2c) is so formed that its end face to come into contact with the engaging shaft (12) is bent in a J shape at an acute angle to its moving path, and the hook (2c) locks the engaging shaft (12) to use the erroneous insertion preventing plate (11) for preventing the cassette (1) from being erroneously inserted into the mechanism part.

    摘要: There is disclosed a cassette loading device of a compact, lightweight, thin type for use in a video movie or the like. An opening lever is pivotally mounted on a stand, and is engaged in a cam groove with a top plate. With this arrangement, the opening lever is accommodated within a longitudinal dimension of a cassette, and therefore the loading device in the direction of the longitudinal dimension of the cassette can be greatly reduced. The cassette is moved through the pivotal movement of the top plate and arms, and with this arrangement operating switches and so on can be easily mounted on a plane of projection of the top plate. Therefore, the positional stability of the cassette loading device can be achieved, and the number of component parts can be reduced, thereby achieving a compact, lightweight construction of the cassette loading device.

    摘要: A recording-reproduction system wherein a reel chassis provided with a pair of reel supports is slidably mounted on a main chassis having a head cylinder. A power shaft drivingly rotatable by a loading motor is supported on the main chassis rotatably and axially movably and coupled to a mode lever which is restrained from pivotal movement depending on the slidingly moved-position of the reel chassis.     摘要: A cassette holder which includes a cassette stage for holding a cassette, along with a pair of X-shaped pivotal right and left link mechanisms for holding the cassette stage. Each of the link mechanism include a first end which is held by a chassis whereby the link mechanisms support the cassette stage in such a manner that the cassette stage moves upward and downward relative to the chassis along a predetermined path. Lid supporting plates are pivotally held against the right and left walls of the cassette stage, with each of the plates being engaged with one end of each of the X-shaped pivotal link mechanisms. The lid supporting plates are pivoted relative to the cassette stage in accordance with an upward and downward movement of the cassette stage.
