    摘要: Provided is a sealed contact device having a small number of components and high productivity. In the sealed contact device, therefore, a ring-shaped flange portion 32a extending laterally from a lower opening edge part of a metallic case 32 is welded and integrated with an upper surface of a plate-shaped yoke 37 to form an internal space and a stationary contact 33a and a moving contact 48a are opposed to each other in the internal space so as to enable approach/separation. In particular, a ring-shaped projection 32c provided along a lower surface of the ring-shaped flange portion 32a is integrated with the upper surface of the plate-shaped yoke 37 by resistance welding.

    摘要: The invention concerns a relay which comprises a magnet system and a contact arrangement which are disposed one behind the other on an elongate narrow base member, with at least one fixed contact carrier and at least one movable contact spring. The contact carriers are each embedded with a central portion (22, 32) in the plastics of a base member (4) such that their terminal lugs (21, 31) lie in a plane parallel to the longitudinal axis of the relay whilst their contact-making end portions (23, 33), which emerge at the top of the base member, lie in mutually parallel planes which are perpendicular to the terminal lug plane. As a result, the contact carriers are embedded in a dimensionally accurate manner, well insulated with respect to the magnet system, and can easily be machined from a sheet metal plate.

    摘要: A contact spring assembly for an electromagnetic relay has an armature (21), a plurality of movable contact springs (23), and a plurality of transfer contact spring sets and a plurality of make contact spring sets. The armature (21) is centrally placed in the contact spring assembly. Each of the movable contact springs (23) is formed integrally with a corresponding hinge spring (22), and the movable contact springs (23) are disposed on both sides of the armature (21) in such a manner as to extend in parallel along a longitudinal direction of the armature (21). The transfer contact spring sets and make contact spring sets are constructed from the movable contact springs (23). This construction allows the contact spring assembly to be assembled on an electromagnetic relay simply and with high accuracy, and permits reductions in the size and power consumption of the electromagnetic relay.
