摘要: The present disclosure relates to a battery cell, a battery and an electric-powered device, and the battery cell includes: an electrode assembly; a shell adapted for receiving the electrode assembly; and a cap assembly adapted for closing an opening of the shell, wherein the shell includes a first wall and two second walls opposite each other, the first wall is adapted to connect the two second walls, the first wall has a wall thickness greater than that of the second wall, the first wall is provided with a pressure relief mechanism, and the pressure relief mechanism is adapted to be activated so as to release the pressure when a gas pressure inside the shell reaches a threshold. The battery cell of the present application can satisfy the requirements on the release of gas inside the battery cell, and meanwhile can ensure the safety performance of the battery cell.

The respective insulation covers (200) may be sequentially connected to adapt to a busbar (100) of a different length, and have wide applicability.

The first electrode terminal is configured to be electrically connected to the electrode component, and at least a part of the first electrode terminal is accommodated within the recess. The second electrode terminal is configured to be electrically connected to the electrode component and protrudes from the second surface. Under a condition that a plurality of battery cells are arranged along the first direction, the recess of the battery cell is configured to accommodate at least a part of a second electrode terminal of an adjacent battery cell, so that the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal are electrically connected.

The battery pack includes a housing, at least one structural beam located in the housing, and multiple electrode core strings electrically connected to one another located in the housing. The housing includes a housing body including a top plate and a bottom plate arranged opposite to each other in a first direction. The at least one structural beam is located between the top plate and the bottom plate, the at least one structural beam is connected to the top plate and the bottom plate, the at least one structural beam divides the interior of the housing into multiple accommodating cavities, and at least one electrode core string is provided in at least one accommodating cavity. A mounting portion is provided on the housing, and the mounting portion is configured to be connected and fixed to an external load. The electrode core string includes multiple electrode core assemblies sequentially disposed in a second direction and connected in series. The multiple electrode core assemblies are encapsulated in an encapsulation film. A length direction of the electrode core string extends in the second direction.

According to the battery cell provided by embodiments of the present application, the first wall of the housing is provided with the through hole, and the pressure relief mechanism is at least partially located in the through hole, so as to improve the support force and connection strength of the housing to the pressure relief mechanism, reduce the risk of affecting the normal working of the pressure relief mechanism due to insufficient fixing strength of the pressure relief mechanism, and improve the safety performance of the battery cell.
