摘要: The disclosure relates to a busbar assembly (30), a battery (20) and an electric device (10). A busbar assembly (30) includes a busbar (100) and a plurality of insulation covers (200), and the respective insulation covers (200) are connected end to end and wrap around the busbar (100). A battery (20) includes a plurality of battery modules and the above-mentioned busbar assembly (30), and the respective battery modules are connected by the busbar assembly (30). An electric device (10) includes the above-mentioned battery (20). The above-mentioned busbar assembly (30), battery (20) and electric device (10), with the insulation covers (200) wrapping around the busbar (100), may effectively improve the insulation performance of the busbar assembly (30), avoid the risk that the user accidentally touches the busbar (100) and gets electric shock, and improve the use safety of the battery (20). The respective insulation covers (200) may be sequentially connected to adapt to a busbar (100) of a different length, and have wide applicability.

摘要: Embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell, a method and a system for manufacturing the battery cell, a battery, and an electrical apparatus. The battery cell includes a housing, an electrode component, a first electrode terminal, and a second electrode terminal. An outer surface of the housing includes a first surface and a second surface oppositely arranged along a first direction, and two third surfaces oppositely arranged along a second direction, each of the third surfaces is connected to the first surface and the second surface, the housing is provided with a recess recessed relative to the first surface, and at least one end of the recess along the second direction extends to the third surface. An electrode component is accommodated within the housing. The first electrode terminal is configured to be electrically connected to the electrode component, and at least a part of the first electrode terminal is accommodated within the recess. The second electrode terminal is configured to be electrically connected to the electrode component and protrudes from the second surface. Under a condition that a plurality of battery cells are arranged along the first direction, the recess of the battery cell is configured to accommodate at least a part of a second electrode terminal of an adjacent battery cell, so that the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal are electrically connected.

摘要: A battery cell, a battery and an electricity-consuming apparatus are provided by the present application. The battery cell (100) includes an electrode assembly (130) including an electrode main body (131) that includes an electrode sheet (133) and a separator (134) stacked with each other, and an electrode tab (132) extending from an end face (131a) of the electrode main body (131); and an infiltrating film (140) including a first end (141) and a second end (142) arranged opposite to each other in a length direction thereof, in which the second end (142) is connected to the separator (134), and the first end (141) extends beyond the electrode main body (131). In the technical solution of embodiments in the present application, an electrolyte flowing out of the electrode main body (131) can flow back into the electrode main body (131) through the infiltrating film (140), so that at least a portion of the electrolyte flowing out of the electrode main body (131) can be reused, and the utilization rate of the electrolyte can be improved.
