    摘要: In a method according to one intelligent network recommendation, when B subscriber has hung up the phone, a Service Switching Point (SSP) sends a message to a Service Control Point (SCP) about the hanging up. The SCP responds with a request to disconnect the B leg. A separate request increases unnecessary signalling. In another known method, after B subscriber has hung up, a timer is started and the B leg is disconnected only after a set period of time. This waiting time is annoying to A subscriber, especially when there are many calls to be made. In the method according to the invention, A subscriber can make a continuing call without waiting or without causing unnecessary signalling so that after a Service Control Function (SCF) receives information about the break off of the call, it sends a message to a Service Switching Function (SSF) containing a request to collect the dialling by A subscriber relating to a new B subscriber. The Service Switching Function (SSF) directs the telephone network to disconnect the connection to B subscriber and create a connection to a new B subscriber.

Um dies zu erreichen, überwacht die zentrale Netzinstanz den Grund für die Auslösung eines Anrufes durch einen Server und teilt einen Anruf sofort einem anderen Server zu, ohne daß die erfolgte Auslösung für die anrufende Partei erkennbar wird, wenn der den Anruf auslösende Server diesen wegen mangelnder Kapazität ausgelöst hat.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for providing a telephone operating company with the ability to rapidly deploy advanced services into a public switched telephone network includes a programmable service node interacting with a programmable switch matrix. The call processing of a call (associated with one or more ports) on the programmable switch matrix is controlled externally when particular triggering criteria is met (i.e., the call requires or desires external control). When the triggering criteria is met, the service node outputs a new call event notification message over a communications link to an external unit and receives one or more messages over the same link. Call control processing is achieved through this high-speed communications link between the programmable switch matrix and the external unit using a communications protocol defining a comprehensive set of primitives (instructions) for call manipulation and control at the programmable switch matrix which are received by the programmable service node. The one or more received messages include instruction data for instructing the programmable switch matrix to perform one or more actions associated with the service call, such as connecting a port with another port within the switch matrix. The service node processes the instruction data and instructs the switch matrix to perform the appropriate action(s).
