The display substrate comprises a drive structure layer (20) arranged on a base (10) and a light-emitting structure layer (30) arranged on the drive structure layer (20), wherein the light-emitting structure layer (30) at least comprises a cathode (24) and an auxiliary electrode (70), the cathode (24) being connected to the auxiliary electrode (70); the auxiliary electrode (70) comprises a first auxiliary electrode (71), a second auxiliary electrode (72) and a third auxiliary electrode (73), which are stacked in a direction away from the base (10); and a side wall of the third auxiliary electrode (73) opposite to the second auxiliary electrode (72) is provided with a protrusion that has a protruding distance greater than or equal to the thickness of the second auxiliary electrode (72), the protruding distance being the distance between an edge of the third auxiliary electrode (73) and the side wall of the second auxiliary electrode (72).

摘要： In an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a display device comprising: a substrate; an organic insulating layer disposed on the substrate and having an opening; a first electrode on the organic insulating layer; an auxiliary electrode disposed on the organic insulating layer and having a first portion overlapping the opening of the organic insulating layer; a bank layer in which a first bank opening overlapping the first electrode and a second bank opening overlapping the first portion of the auxiliary electrode are defined; an intermediate layer located on the first electrode and the auxiliary electrode and including a hole exposing a portion of the auxiliary electrode; and a second electrode which is disposed on the intermediate layer to overlap the first electrode and the auxiliary electrode and contacts the auxiliary electrode through the hole of the intermediate layer, wherein the hole of the intermediate layer is located, on a plane, in the second bank opening while only partially overlapping the opening of the organic insulating layer.
