摘要: Provided are a micro-grid dynamic stability control system and a micro-grid dynamic stability control method. The system includes: a micro-grid dynamic stability control device (127), configured to acquire a real-time voltage and a real-time current of a bus and calculate a power factor based on the real-time voltage and the real-time current; a central control device (101), configured to receive the power factor and transmit a reactive power control instruction in a case that the power factor is lower than a predefined threshold; and at least one local control device, configured to receive the reactive power control instruction and transmit a control signal to the micro-grid dynamic stability control device and at least one distributed power supply controlled by the at least one local control device. The micro-grid dynamic stability control device, in response to the control signal, compensates the voltage of the bus by means of droop control, and the at least one distributed power supply, in response to the control signal, outputs a reactive power to the bus to increase the power factor of the bus.

Multiple types of coordinated control are achieved, power loss is reduced and power generation benefit is increased.

摘要: An electric power system control system for an electric power system in which loads and voltage control devices are connected together via nodes comprises distributed controllers for issuing control commands to the voltage control devices. The distributed controller includes a measurement value data collection functional unit, a state estimation functional unit and an optimum control functional unit. The measurement value data collection functional unit collects measurement value data from sensors measuring voltage and current in its own node and other nodes. The state estimation functional unit receives the measurement values of voltage and current of the own node and the other nodes as input data, estimates voltage or current as a state quantity of each of other nodes from which the measurement value data cannot be collected, and outputs the estimate values. The optimum control functional unit receives input data such as the measurement value data, the estimate values outputted from the state estimation functional unit and a voltage target value that has been set for each node and outputs a control command based on operation amounts to be distributed to the voltage control devices of the nodes. The voltage in the electric power system is controlled by superposition of voltage control amounts by the voltage control devices.

The windfarm system 200 also includes a monitoring system 232 for monitoring the windfarm system electrical output 245 and thermal condition, and outputs 207, 208, 209 of the individual wind turbine generators. A control function 250 may include voltage and real and reactive power commands 251, 252, 253 to the individual wind turbine generators. The control function 250 incorporates an algorithm 220 whose technical effect is minimizing electrical losses for the windfarm system 200.

摘要: A voltage control system and method for multiple windfarms (810, 815, 820) with transmission lines (898). Voltage is regulated at a point of regulation (825) on the system, such as a high voltage substation or other system bus. At least one other constraint point in the system may be monitored and controlled to prevent voltage exceeding the limit at the point of constraint. Regulation is achieved at the point of regulation (825) by sensing the voltage, comparing to a reference voltage (847), and adjusting the reactive power output of the wind turbines (60) and other equipment in the system. The regulation point (825) may be shifted to at least one other constraint point (805) needed to respect voltage limits at that points of the system after attempting to shift reactive load to restore voltage within limits at the other points in the system. The reference voltage (847) may be adjusted to minimize losses for the system of multiple windfarms and transmission lines. A loss optimizing algorithm (890) is applied to the combined multiple windfarm and transmission lines (898) to shift reactive load (850, 851, 852) among local windfarms (810, 815, 820) and transmission lines (898) to minimize losses and to shift reactive load among individual wind turbines (60) within an individual windfarm.

摘要: A method of providing reactive power support is proposed. The method includes detecting at least one of a plurality of network parameters in a distributed solar power generation system (10). The generation system (10) includes a plurality of photovoltaic modules (12,26) coupled to a grid via inverters (14,16). The method further includes sensing a state of the photovoltaic modules (12,26) coupled to the distributed solar power generation system (10) and determining a reactive power measure based upon the sensed state and the detected network parameters. The reactive power measure is used to generate a reactive power command. The reactive power command is further used to compensate reactive power in the distributed solar power generation system (10).
