    摘要: Provided is a control device whereby, in cases where an energy unit price is notified to users by an energy supplier, comfort of the users can be assured even during the peak hour of the energy unit price, when the energy consumption is suppressed most. The control device (30) for controlling facility equipment of the present invention comprises a communication unit (31), a first decision unit (36b), a second decision unit (36c), and an adjustment control unit (36d). The communication unit receives time-of-use energy unit price information. The first decision unit and the second decision unit decide on a first time slot in which an energy unit price peaks, a second time slot prior to the first time slot and a third time slot subsequent to the first time slot in a given period based on an index that includes a factor of the energy unit price. The intensity of suppression of the energy consumption adjusted by the adjustment control unit is determined so as to be the highest in the first time slot among the three types of time slot. Thus, comfort is easily maintained even if the energy consumption is strongly suppressed in the first time slot.
