    摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Formteilen aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, insbesondere ungereinigten und unsortierten Kunststoffabfällen.
    Um derartige Kunststoffabfälle kostengünstig einer Wiederverwendung zuzuführen, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß mittels eines an sich bekannten Walzenextruders (1) ein so hoher Materialdruck aufgebracht wird, daß dieser nicht nur in der Lage ist, die vorher zerkleinerten Kunststoffabfälle zu plastifizieren, sondern auch eine vor der Extruderdüse (2) angeordnete Form (3) zu füllen. Die Formen (3) sind mit Grundplatten (4) versehen, in denen die Füllöcher angeordnet sind. Die Grund­platten (4) ermöglichen es, die Formen (3) in quer zur Extruderdüse (2) verlaufenden Führungen (6) nacheinander aus einer Speicherzone (13) vor die Extruderdüse (2) des kontinuierlich arbeitenden Walzenextruders (1) zu schieben, zu füllen und die gefüllten Formen (3) über eine Wartezone hinweg auf eine Aushebestation (14) zu schieben, wobei bereits eine Abkühlung des Formeninhaltes erfolgt. Anschließend erfolgt eine Kühlung und Entnahme der Formteile (20) (Figur 7).

Said two horizontal stretches are capable of being lengthened and/or shortened so as to be given a predetermined length in accordance to the time specifically assigned to the particular types of preforms for covering the stretch from the conditioning station to the unloading station, wherein the overall length of said conveyor belt and the related chain must however remain constant.
