摘要： A garment hanger having a base element, a top element and a suspension hook is disclosed. The base element comprises at least one elongated body of resiliently bendable material (1), such as e.g. a rod of resin-coated spring steel, which has carrying pieces (4) for bearing a garment or other article of manufacture at both its ends. The top element comprises two connecting arms (6) of flexible material, such as e.g. flexible synthetic resin, which are connected to each other or to a rigid central body and which are moreover connected with their ends (8) to the body of the base element at positions located between the center and the ends thereof. With this hanger, garments and the like may be suspended in tensioned state and stored in stands or wardrobes. In a special embodiment, the hanger is provided with an elongated attachment (11) for keeping the garments together.

摘要： A garment hanger has an elongate bar structure (3) having a hook (5) by which the hanger can be suspended; a pair of limbs (9) each carry a garment retaining element (17) and are hingedly secured to a respective end portion of the bar structure by at least two parallel links (13) such that the portions of the limbs are substantially parallel to the end portions of the bar structure. Each limb has resilient means (for instance by being a leaf spring) which resist inward movement of the limb in the direction towards the other limb. The hanger can readily be formed from a single plastics moulding. The construction provides for garments of different size to be hung at the same level and avoids creep in the garment.

摘要： A garment hanger has a guide body (1) and a hook (2) on the body for suspending the hanger. Two movable arms (3, 4) are slidably mounted on the body for free movement together in mutually opposite directions. A locking device or stop (9) is preferably mounted on the guide body (1) for interengagement with the teeth of a ratchet mechanism (8) along the upper edge of one (3) of the movable arms thereby to lock the arms in position against movement in one direction, preferably an inwardly direction. The movable arms (3, 4) are each provided with a garment device (10, 11) at their outermost ends and one of the securing devices is provided with a releasable mechanism (20) which extends inwardly of the guide body (1) below the stop preventing inward movement of the two arms. Operation of the release mechanism causes a release bar (22) to move outwardly towards the securing device. The bar moves against a cam surface adjacent the teeth of stop (9) and moves upwardly to release the stop and to allow the arms (3, 4) to move in either direction. Preferably, the hanger is of a plastics material and the stop (9) is integrally moulded with the guide body (1) whilst the release mechanism (20, 22) is integrally moulded with the securing device of one or both of the slidably movable arms.

摘要： An internal garment hanger (10) adapted to support a garment from an inner surface of a waistband includes an elongated body (12) defining open ends and longitudinally extending slots (12). A pair of elongated slides (14) telescope into the ends of the body and have apertures (62) accessible through the slots (26) to enable the slides to be moved towards one another. Each slide includes an outer end (46) configured to engage the garment. An elastomeric member (80; 150) or spring (120; 142) has an end fixed to the slide and an end fixed to the hanger body. The member or spring resiliently biases the slide out of the open end of the body and into gripping engagement with the garment. Each slide defines a stop (72; 122; 134; 152) which limits outward movement of the slide with respect to the body. In the preferred form, the elastomeric member (80) is moulded and bonded to the slide in the manufacturing process.

A guiding frame (24) arranged between the bars may, by a pivoting motion, pass from a position in the plane of the base plate to a position perpendicular thereto and takes a clamping bar (35) displaceable towards the base plate to fix the trousers arranged between the bars, and to which the waist and the legs of the trousers are clamped between the cushions.
