摘要: A cutting balloon catheter with concealed blades includes an inner tube (g1), an outer tube (g2), a cutting assembly, a push-pull tube (5) and a protective bag (4). A pressure channel (L2) communicated with the balloon (1) is formed by a gap between the outer tube (g2) and the inner tube (g1). The cutting assembly includes first support rings (30) sleeved on the outer tube (g2) and a blade group (31), the first support rings (30) are capable of generating radial elastic deformation and sliding freely. The distal end of the push-pull tube (5) is sleeved on the outer tube (g2), and the proximal end of the protective bag (4) is connected to the push-pull tube (5) and configured to encapsulate the balloon (1) and the cutting assembly. When the cutting assembly is pushed to the balloon (1), the blade group (31) cuts a section of the protective bag (4) opposite to the balloon (1) to expose the blade group (31). The catheter can pass through the complex and tortuous blood vessels to reach the lesion site, and realize safe cutting while reducing the damage to the blood vessels during surgery.

摘要: Trocar components and methods of use are described, wherein the trocar components are configured to provide access to intraperitoneal space via the rectouterine pouch to surgical tools, which optionally include one or more surgical robot members. The surgical tools are optionally 5 mm or more in diameter. In some embodiments, a cannula part (1010) has a lumen sized to provide to a plurality of the surgical tools simultaneous transvaginal access to the intraperitoneal space via the rectouterine pouch. In some embodiments, an incision sized to receive a distal aperture of the cannula is created, optionally using one or two dilators (1100). The dilators are sized to create (optionally starting from a puncture by a needle 2 mm in diameter or less) an oblong aperture. In some embodiments, the oblong aperture is at least twice as wide across a long diameter as across a short diameter.

In the neostomy instrumentapparatus (100), a catheter body (11) in communication with a negative pressure source is used to generate negative pressure for suctioning a tissue at a position which requires neostomy, and a first manipulation portion (32) is used to drive a push rod (13) to move axially in the catheter body (11) such that a grasping portion (12) connected to a distal end of the push rod (13) is manipulated to grasp the tissue sucked into the catheter body (11), thereby facilitating the subsequent cutting and neostomy conducted on the tissue sucked into the catheter body (11).
