摘要： The present invention relates to a medical device having a heart contacting organ adapted to contact the heart of a patient ,an operation device; and a force transferring member adapted to travel through an opening in the thoracic diaphragm in a patient and transfer force between the abdominal side of the thoracic diaphragm and the thoracic side of the thoracic diaphragm, and diaphragm contacting part adapted to be placed in contact with the thoracic diaphragm and thereby assist in the maintaining of the opening for allowing the force transferring member to pass through the thoracic diaphragm.
