A microorganism sampling device includes: a head part that has a water supply channel to which a water supply pipe for supplying sample water can be connected; a housing part to an upper part of which the head part can be detachably attached; a frame-structured tube; a tubular filter that is arranged within the tubular body; a cup that communicates with the tubular filter and is attached to one end of the tube body; and a cap that has a channel communicating with the tubular filter and is attached to the other end of the tube body. The microorganism sampling device further includes a filter part housed in the housing part, in which a bottom part of the cup is supported by a bottom part of the housing part. The head part is attached to an upper part of the housing part.

A filter arrangement for a liquid-conducting system, preferably a cooling circuit of an engine, comprising a filter housing with an inlet and an outlet for liquid flowing along a flow path through the filter housing, furthermore comprising a filter which is arranged in the filter housing in the flow path of the liquid for filtering out dirt particles from the liquid, characterized by a collecting chamber which is arranged upstream of the filter and into which dirt particles which are filtered out by the filter drop because of gravity when liquid no longer flows through the filter housing, wherein the collecting chamber forms a dead space, and therefore dirt particles located in the collecting chamber are not entrained by liquid flowing through the filter housing.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Filter (1) zur Filtration von Suspensionen, mit einem Gehäuse (2) mit Zulauf (3) einem Ablauf (4) für das Filtrat, wobei das Gehäuse (2) einen zylindrischen Teil (14) mit einem abnehmbaren Deckel (6) aufweist, wobei im zylindrischen Teil (14) eine Vielzahl von Filterelementen (7) angeordnet sind, die aus streifenartigen Filterkörpern (8) bestehen, die von einem strumpfartigen Filtertuch (9) umhüllt sind, wobei die Filterelemente (7) an einem segmentartigen Filterträger (10) befestigt sind, der eine Einlasskammer (11) für das aus den Filterelementen (7) abströmende Filtrat aufweist, mehrere Filterträger (10) samt Filterelementen in das Gehäuse (2) von einer Oberseite her einsetzbar sind, die zusammen einen kreisrunden Einsatz bilden, und wobei jede Einlasskammer (11) eine Abströmöffnung (12) für Filtrat aufweist, die an eine Ringleitung (13) angeschlossen ist, von der das Filtrat an eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung abführbar ist.

A substantially maintenance-free drive shaft (55) with direct-mounted sprockets is arranged in a chain drive unit (14) which drives a conveyor (13) of a filtration apparatus. The drive shaft (55) with direct-mounted sprockets includes a shaft body (60), a pair of metal plate sprockets (61, 62), and first padding portions (71) and second padding portions (72) formed of weld beads. The first padding portions (71) are formed at the respective corner portions defined by side surfaces (61b, 61c) of the first metal plate sprocket (61) and the shaft body (60). Further, the first padding portions (71) are formed such that their positions are changed to alternate with each other in a circumferential direction of the shaft body (60). The second padding portions (72) are formed at the respective corner portions defined by side surfaces (62b, 62c) of the second metal plate sprocket (62) and the shaft body (60). Further, the second padding portions (72) are formed such that their positions are changed to alternate with each other in the circumferential direction of the shaft body (60). A torque input to the shaft body (60) is transmitted to the metal plate sprockets (61, 62) via the padding portions (71, 72).
