摘要: A filtration cell for a biological sample having an outer housing defining a first chamber and an inner housing defining a second chamber is disclosed. The inner housing is disposed within the first chamber and rotatable with respect to the outer housing and at least a portion of the inner housing includes a filtration membrane. Upon rotation of the inner housing, a first portion of the biological sample passes from the first chamber into the second chamber and a second portion of the biological sample is restrained in the first chamber. Alternatively, the filtration cell may also include a rotation element disposed in the inner housing. Upon rotation of the rotation element with respect to the inner housing, a first portion of the biological sample to passes from the second chamber into the first chamber and a second portion of the biological sample is restrained in the second chamber.

摘要: Die vorliegende Erfindung zeigt ein Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Filtrationsanlage mit einem Behälter, in welchen die zu filtrierende Flüssigkeit einströmt und/oder aus welchem das Retentat abströmt, und mit Filtrationsscheiben, welche in dem Behälter auf einer drehbaren Welle angeordnet sind, wobei die Filtrationsscheiben jeweils einen Grundkörper, eine auf den Außenseiten des Grundkörpers angeordnete keramische Membran und eine Axialbohrung aufweisen, wobei die Axialbohrungen den Permeat-Abfluss der Filtrationsscheiben bilden und mit einem in der Welle angeordneten Abflusskanal in Verbindung stehen. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass abwechselnd eine Filtration und eine Begasung der zu filtrierenden Flüssigkeit erfolgt, wobei bei der Filtration das Permeat aus den Filtrationsscheiben über die Welle abfließt und bei der Begasung Gas über die Welle und die Filtrationsscheiben in die zu filtrierende Flüssigkeit eingebracht wird.

摘要: A membrane separation apparatus comprises: a shell (1), wherein an inner surface (11) of the shell is an arc surface, and at least one medium inlet and at least one medium outlet used for discharging a medium that is separated are arranged on the shell (1); a rotor (2) arranged inside the shell (1), wherein at least two contact ends (24, 26) that are always in slidably contact with the inner surface (11) of the shell are arranged on an outer surface of the rotor (2), the outer surface of the rotor (2) and the inner surface (11) of the shell form sealed separate cavities between the adjacent contact ends (24, 26), and an empty part inside the rotor (2) is used as a medium storage chamber; and separation chambers (32, 34, 36) arranged inside the rotor (2), wherein insides of the separation chambers (32, 34, 36) are filled with a membrane (6), one-way valves corresponding to the separate cavities are arranged on outer walls of the separation chambers (32, 34, 36) for communicating with the separate cavities, medium outlets corresponding to the medium storage chamber are arranged on inner walls of the separation chambers (32, 34, 36), and the medium storage chamber is communicated with the medium outlet of the shell (1).
