    摘要: The present invention provides a designing method of a gear skiving cutter that includes: constructing a cutter manufacturing tool and a base material for the gear skiving cutter, wherein the cutter manufacturing tool includes a plurality of asymmetrical tooth structures; simulating relative movements of the cutter manufacturing tool and the base material based on multi-axes in a relative motion coordinate system to have the cutter manufacturing tool process the surface of the base material; and forming a plurality of cut teeth on the base material by the plurality of tooth structures of the cutter manufacturing tool. Wherein an outer contour of each cut tooth is designed in advance so that gear teeth on a gear workpiece with a planned grinding allowance can be formed when the gear workpiece is processed by the gear skiving cutter. The grinding allowance on either side of each gear tooth can be kept uniform, and the grinding allowance on both sides of each gear tooth can be closely the same.

    摘要: Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein profiliertes Schleifwerkzeug (7) zur rotierenden Bearbeitung von Werkstücken, insbesondere Zahnrädern und/oder Getrieberädern, mit einem Grundkörper, der wenigstens eine als vorzugsweise hohlzylindrische Ausformung (6) ausgebildete Einrichtung zum Aufspannen auf einen Werkzeugträger aufweist, und mit wenigstens zwei in Axialrichtung voneinander beabstandeten und in Umfangsrichtung wirkenden Schleifsegmenten (1, 3), wobei das zweite Schleifsegment (3) einen Elastizitätsmodul aufweist, der geringer ist als der Elastizitätsmodul des ersten Schleifsegments (1). Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass der Grundkörper mit dem ersten Schleifsegment (1) einstückig ausgebildet ist, und dass der Grundkörper axial beabstandet vom ersten Schleifsegment (1) wenigstens einen Tragabschnitt (2) aufweist, mit dessen Umfang wenigstens ein zweites Schleifsegment (3) dauerhaft kraftschlüssig verbunden ist. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ferner ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Schleifwerkzeugs.
