Der Rasierhobel (1) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gewölbte Deckelplatte (15) auf ihrer Oberseite an ihren äußeren Rändern jeweils eine Aufwölbung (151, 153) aufweist, die von der unteren Kante der gewölbten Deckelplatte (15) über deren Mitte zur gegenüberliegenden unteren Kante verläuft, wobei die Aufwölbungen (151, 153) im Scheitelbereich der gewölbten Deckelplatte (15) nahtlos in deren Wölbung übergehen.
