- fourniture d'un substrat (10) comprenant des fibres naturelles et des fibres thermoplastiques enchevêtrées ensemble,
- fourniture d'une première couche (12) comprenant une couche de base (24) et pourvue d'au moins un élément de renforcement et/ou de décoration (26), et
- compression de la première couche (12) contre le substrat (10).
Le procédé comprend, avant la compression, un alignement de la première couche (12) et du substrat (10) par alignement d'un premier élément de positionnement (20) du substrat (10) et d'un deuxième élément de positionnement (28) de la première couche (12) agencé en dehors de l'au moins un élément de renforcement et/ou de décoration (26).
L'invention concerne en outre un élément de garnissage associé.-

Compared with the prior art, the present application has the following advantages: the structure of the outer lens is more compact, the overall volume of the vehicle lamp is smaller, and the light output is more uniform.
